No mention of good fats and the carb ratios may be high for the average person. This is intended for those training so they need a higher carb ratio for energy. It may work for you, may not. Again no mention of proper fat intake other than a low ratio of 15-20%. If you aren't an endurance athlete you don't need to be doing an athletes fat loss program.
