Sport Is there such thing as bad whey protein?

Sport Fitness
Hey, I was just thinking, like the title says, is there such thing as bad whey protein?! I use to take Holland and Barretts Whey Protein but then a friend of mine had recommended to take Maximuscle's Promax as Holland and Barrett's one probably has a load of c**p in it. He even went as far as saying throw it away! Hehe, anyway, im asking this because the price is enormous between the two (when sale)

Holland n Barrets = £10 and Maximuscles Promax = £30

Im afraid i cant give the Holland... nutritional info as i no longer have it but heres the Maximuscle one....

1 serving = 30g
Energy - 120Kcal/470kJ
Protein - 24.3g
Carbohydrate - 2.04g
Of which sugars - 0.81g
Fat - 2.07g
Of which saturates - 1.23g
Fibre - trace
Sodium - 0.12g

If anyone can post Hollands whey protein, it would be appreciated! Cheers

ive been using body fortress for two months after switching from ProMax.

The change was purely for economical reasons, as in the 50% sale H&B have monthly you can get 3 tubs of Body Fortress for 1 MaxiMuscle. It has less protein but i have three scoops daily and its a hell of a lot cheaper than having 2 promax.

Plus the Body Fortress vanilla is quite nice to drink; i used to have to have Promax over a sink or bath as it has such a vile flavour and wierd texture. The Bodyfortress stuff also mixes a lot better, so is good for adding protein to smoothies, oats, bars etc etc.
