Is there any good indoor cardio I can do?

I am looking for some kind of cardio I can do just with my body and indoors.

I have been doing these erratic random exercises to elevate my heart rate, but I am not sure if they are helpful. It's basically me running in place or doing some kind of boxing routine or whatever.

Is there anything better to do, and is good cardio ANYTHING that elevates the heart rate?

I am basically looking for a cardio workout that doesn't need machines or involves outdoor time, as I do not have time for the outdoor routine and I am a broke (monetary) individual.
 
Burpees, aka squat thrusts, run in place, eight count push-ups (a burpee with two push-ups).

Also, you could get a jump rope for < $10.
