Is there a supplement for a small weight loss goal?

Hi,

I gained about 10 lbs. over the holidays which really sucks might I add. I would like to lose at least 5-8 lbs of that. I do cardio 40 min. and lift weights 1.5 hrs about 4 times a week. I am not really noticing any difference. Is there a safe supplement I could take for women wanting to lose just a little bit of weight? Please let me know. Thanks.

Sweetpea, yes, there is. It's called a clean diet. Additionally, your weights workout is pretty long...what are you doing all that time?

Well, I don't actually lift weights that whole time. The gym I go to is very busy so it takes longer because I find myself having to wait for machines. I also split my time up between lifting weights, working my abs and stretching.

i'd do one or the other (cardio or weight lifting) for an hour a day and clean up your diet. i don't mean to shoot you down.. but IMHO fat burning supplements should only be used by people who already have stellar diets

well for what ever your doing for that 1.5 hours.. make sure you keep your heart rate at the ideal fat burning numbers that are appropriate for you. Maybe if you kept track of your heart rate and stayed on goal, you might notice a difference.

Anyone that has info on a weightloss supplement that wont effect your toliet habbits , give me the details :)
