Sport Is there a Super Sandwich?

Im up early in the morning and have time to knock up a quick sandwich, i usually have pork/chicken with salad cream in wholemeal bread but now im on a mission to get the body i always wanted,


Does anyone have a sandwich recipe which i can make easily and fast that will have high amounts of all the good nutrients in that i need to aid my muscle development and fat loss?
 
Wholemeal bread
Turkey, sardines, salmon, tuna (low mercury variety), or other fish (not deep fried)
All the vegetables you can put on it (lettuce / greens, tomato slices, onions, carrot slices, bell peppers, hot chilis, etc.)
Mustard for condiment if desired
Avocado if you want a creamier taste (good fats)
 
Is there a great sandwhich?

2 pita pockets filled with 1/2 serving of NPB each (1 table spoon each), baked sliced chicken, and a small amount of LGB-Rice.......YUMMY!

I'm not even close to vegetarian, but a TVP sloppy joe is pretty darn good, especially with some ground flax to "fatten" it up. (TVP=textured vegetable protein)
If you eat fast and don't think about it, you can pretend it's ground beef if you make it with beef base.
 
4 deli turkey slices. 1 table spoon natty PB. 1/2 oz of nuts. roll them up and enjoy.
around 300cals, 28g protein.
