I am currently 21, a male, with no health problems. I am around 5'11/6' and 165 lbs. I am trying to tone up, I am starting to see some outlining of my abs and I want to know if there is any supplement that will help me speed this up.
Here is my current diet:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken or fish, brown rice, green vegetable
Pre workout: Whey Protein Shake
Post workout: Whey Protein Shake and Banana
Dinner: Much the same as Lunch
Snack: Protein Bar (Not necessarily at this time)
Snack: 1/2 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
I am also doing weight training on a good fast-paced circuit workout (with high reps and lower amounts of weight), focusing on one muscle area per day and aerobics after about every workout, with one day focused on a big run with very little if any weights.
So if there is anything do change about my diet or a good supplement to help me burn fat/tone up, please let me know.
