I was wondering if there is a diet out there where u don't need to be counting the calories that u take and stuff...
I mean honestly I don't know how u guys do, but I mean I go partying, I go out in retaurants with friends.... and I can't be counting everything. Sometimes it's even impossible. Like I am at Uni and comes lunch. I go to the student center and usually get a tuna sandwich cuz of the protein but I am not sure about how much calories and don't even take of the percentage of protein vs fat vs carb.....
So I was wondering if there was some kind of diet (even though less efficient) that didn't require counting and stuff ?
