Is Speaking English killing US? LOL

The Truth About Eating Fat and Heart Attacks

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies.

Diets & Dying

The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

The French eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

CONCLUSION:

Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Points to Ponder
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is well documented that for every minute that you exercise, you add one minute to your life.

This enables you at 85 years old to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at $5000 per month.

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where she is.

The only reason I would take up exercising is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.

I joined a health club last year, spent about 400 bucks. Haven't lost a pound. Apparently you have to show up.

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.

I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them.

The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier.

If you are going to try cross-country skiing, start with a small country.

And last but not least: I don't exercise because it makes the ice jump right out of my glass.

Good post.

Japan is also where nearly all of the world's oldest people live... and in very good health... some are able to swim for miles without feeling tired. One reason, I think, is because they eat mostly fish diet. And they stay away from polluted areas.

Smoking cures all

Lol, I think I have the real answer Chiilen, look at these figures

Country: United States
• Population: 291,038,000
• Heart Disease (Disability Adjusted Life Years Lost per 1,000 population [2003]): 8
• Heart Disease Deaths (2002): 514,450
• Diabetes (individuals 20 years and over [2000]): 8.8%
• Smoking Prevalence (individuals 18 years and over [2003]): 27.8% men; 22.3% women

Country: China
• Population: 1,294,867,000
• Heart Disease (Disability Adjusted Life Years Lost per 1,000 population [2003]): 4
• Heart Disease Deaths (2002): 702,928
• Diabetes (individuals 20 years and over [2000]): 2.4%
• Smoking Prevalence (individuals 18 years and over [2003]): 58.9% men; 3.6% women

As you can see, the only cure for heart disease is smoking, all those healing chemicals like Anthrax flush out the fat from your arteries :)

CONCLUSION:

Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Good thing that won't be a problem too much longer in the US.
