Is sex really that bad as people say?

Iv heard that masterbation or sexif u hold it off for 1 week you gain a little boost. But im not really sure about the other part saying if u do eject semen you lose muscle or just get tired for a couple of hours but the next day u will be back to normal. So does it actually reduce your muscle size?
 
I guarantee that your exercise and nutrition regiment has so many other, more important issues that need resolution opposed to this concern. When you have a build like a bodybuilder, then you can worry about the little nuances such as this.

Until then, worry about the fundamentals!
 
Will sex hurt your gains? Hardly... Unless you are going for 3 hour marathons right before a workout.

A better question is: If you learned that your sexual activities were hindering your progress, would you actually STOP?

I doubt it.

Dont worry, just make sure you have a post sex shake containing high GI carbs and some protein ;)
