M malkore 2 Jul 20, 2009 #2 well online, I can only get calories and carb counts from their website. depending on the kind of sugar in it, it MIGHT be ok. but, it has no protein. You'd still be better of (and cheaper) with a protein shake and added dextrose or malto-dextrine
