Sport Is no cholesterol unhealthy?

Sport Fitness
I have been eating foods with no cholesterol in them, how would that affect my health? I have changed my diet a few months ago, and I realized that everything I ate had no cholesterol in it. I found that to be good news, since I was high in cholesterol about a year ago.

The connection between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol levels is not as direct as some people think.

While a low-cholesterol diet is good if you have high blood cholesterol, you want to be sure you have low saturated fats, NO trans-fats and are consuming the bulk of your fat calories from the GOOD fats and also have a good intake of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber helps keep your "blood" pipes clean and insoluble fiber helps keep your um....."other" pipes clean :D

And the two don't always go hand in hand. For instance, take a bag of potato chips as an example. A lot of times there will be no Cholesterol listed but it will have a high(er) amount of saturated fat.
