I workout every second day (Sunday - Tuesday - Friday)
On Mondays and Thursdays I have a martial arts training.
And I also spend some time with a punching bag (actually it's an old mattress) every day.
My workout routine is like that:
Warm-up
Chin-ups
Squats (usually with some weights added, such as hoover / box)
Push-ups
Crunches (the ones that you only lift your body slightly, don't go all the way to your legs)
I do 3 sets each and constantly try increase number of reps I do.
But I'm not sure if this routine works all of my muscles. I don't intend to become another Arnold Schwarzenegger - my goal is to become fitter, stronger and get some mass (because I would classify myself as skinny)
I have NO equipment (except chin bar) and can't get a gym membership.
So is it good or should I change something?
Thank you
