I'm a really skinny guy, (ectomorph body type) and this is my meal plan for a day:
Morning(8:00am)I wake up at 6:30am-700am
Bowl of oatmeal prepared in 2%milk
Sometimes I drink a 1/4 glass of orange juice
Iron supplement
-------------------------------------------
Lunch(11:20am-12:15am)
Most of the time nothing
Sometimes an ounce of almonds for protein
This is at school BTW
-------------------------------------------
Second Lunch(3:30pm-4:00pm)
Varies all the time
Rice* with meat & vegetables
Naan with meat & vegetables
(White Rice*)
-------------------------------------------
Dinner(6:00pm-8m)I sleep at 10:00pm
Usually the same thing I had for my 3rd meal

I'm trying to gain muscle mass and I want to know how to alter this to make my workout most effective so please post what ever you want.
Plus I'm really skinny but I still have a little bit of stomach fat therefore my abs don't show.(I want a six-pack)
