Sport is my diet for today good, or too much?

for breakfast i had 1 slice of toast with 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg scrambeled with brocolli, carrot, tomato, mushroom 2 oz fetta cheese and spinich leaves, + 1 cup blueberries,

lunch i has a a huge cup of freshly squeezed fruit juice w 1 cup rice and vegetables stirfried and 1 cup lettuce and 1 grated carrot,

snack i had 2 large cups no fat yogurt with 1 cup blueberries

dinner i had 1 chicken breast (no skin) 2 chopped carrots tossed w a small amount olive oil + 2 slices bread and two cups rice,

is this to much for today,

16, yr old 5 ft 7 and 56 kg,

It depends on your goal and your gender. Generally speaking, that is a very healthy diet. I would add some protein at lunch and would suggest that you include protein in every meal. Tuna fish would be a good lunch addition.
 
i would throw one more chicken breast for dinner and a cottage cheese with olive oil just before you go to bed (to provide slow release protein)
