Sport is it true?

you can eat one meal a week, lets say 3 ribs for dinner, and still keep a toned body as long as you keep doing what you were doing to get it in the first place?
 
Are you talking about eatting only once a week?

Dont be silly, no one can survive on that, let alone do any training.
 
I eat a cheat meal once or twice a week to keep my sanity - if I didn't, I think that I would quit my healthy eating completely.
