is it ok to eat after i exercise while my metabolism is still high?

if so.. how many mins should i start eating after i exercised?
 
After exercise is the BEST time to eat! They recommend eating about 30 minutes after a workout and especially to make sure you include protein to keep your metabolism up.
 
personally i cannot eat right after a workout so i prefer to take a protein supplement simply im never hungry right after i finish

but as heeylaa said it is definately the best time to eat! :D

get plenty of protein and water back in your system and you will feel great
