I am on a calorie controled diet limited to 1500 a day, i usually just drink water but its getting boring am i ok to drink zero calorie sodas or no added sugar cordials? alot of people are saying the aspartame isnt good for you but i have done a little bit of research on it and there isnt any hard evidence to prove this, i may have missed somthing please feel free to correct me if im wrong,
