Well here I am again with some more questions, basically since around November I have been on a bulking diet eating around 3000 calories a day combined with weight training. Also since I am on track, I have been doing interval workouts ex. 10x200m with 1 min 30 sec rest.
I have been getting increasingly stronger and gaining weight at a steady pace, around 1 lb per week. I also have noticed that my pants are beginning to feel a little tighter on me though. I want to drop under 10% bodyfat, but I am still pretty light for my height (5'4" 118lbs). Should I be concerned about this or will my body naturally shed it off as I continue to grow?
If cutting is recommended should I just continue normal cardio and weight training but with a calorie deficit to maintain muscle?
