Is it healthy to....

have a protein shake in for breakfast? I have such a hard time finding a healthy breakfast food to eat, and am on the verge of giving up. Ive done it a couple times before when I didn't have time to prepare my WAFFLES or CINNAMON BAGEL w/ low fat cream cheese, and it has filled me up enough until lunch time, im just wondering if this is a healthy start to a day. I am weight training every day except wednesday when I have tennis lessons. Should I add a banana or something of the sorts to the shake? (I can add a fruit, but most breakfast type foods that don't involve syrup I don't like). Any info/ideas for breakfast foods to start my day will defanitely help. Thanks
