is it good or bad

I'm going on holidays in 2 weeks and i'm hoping to make the most of my next two weeks work out/diet. I currently take one protein shake in the morning, followed by another one in the evening after i get home from the gym.

Would it be a good or bad idea to take an additional protein shake before the gym?

You want to eat some form of protein like eggs, beef, chicken about 2 hours before a workout i think but if you just want to take a protein shake instead then do it about 30 mins before your workout. Shakes get absorbed into your body quicker then food protein does so thats why you give it less time.
