Is It Better To Do Bicep and Tricep Exercises On Different Days?

That's not enough information for anyone to give an answer. It depends on how you are training the rest of the body.

for example, if you just did a ton of back exercises yesterday, your biceps got worked and need recovery, so don't work them today.

but if you did chest and shoulders yesterday, then ya the biceps could handle a workload today.

Unless all you do is isolation work on machines (which is generally a bad idea), there's no such thing as working only one muscle at a time. every lift has major and minor muscles involved, plus the stabilizing muscle groups.

My question back at you is: are you working your chest, back and shoulders sufficiently? because a lot of the time, those heavy compound exercises work your tiny arm muscles adequately when you are a new trainee.

I'm trying to put together a program, you know, do this on monday, that on tuesday, so on so forth.

All I'm really doing is bicep curls, pushups, dips, ab stuff, squats. I'm doing it all on the same day, and I'm going to split it up, because everyone keeps saying not to work the same groups two days in a row, or something along those lines.

I suggest you start by following one of the many pre-designed programs found in the weight training stickies. No need to make a new wheel when a dozen perfect wheels already exist, ya know?

Alright, I'll do that.
