Is it bad to exercise at night time, like after 11 pm before 1 am

Thanks, because so far my schedule has been busy during the day so I'm unable to workout, and night-time, around 11 pm to 1 am is the usual workout time for me, so I wonder if that's a bad thing to work out then, or not?

If it fits into your schedule, and you're still getting enough sleep, I don't see why it would be a bad thing.
 
I agree with San.

The best time to exercise is the time that you will / can do it. If that's the time that works for you, then go for it. :)

you guys are so helpful, I love these forums.
These forums actually contributed as a motivator to losing my first 20 pounds, and I've never ever lost that much weight before!
I have just posted a new diary/journal thread in the forums, and I hope that will become of great use!

Tonight, I did my working out at around 12 am, and I almost fell asleep during, haha..
