Is it all in my head, or do I get sick every time I really push my workouts?

Is it all in my head, or do I get sick every time I really push my workouts? Yesterday, I really pushed myself in my body sculpting class, always doing an extra rep or two while everyone else took a breath. I also used a bit more weight than I'm used to. Last night, I got an awful headache, accompanied by body aches (kind of felt like the flu or something). I am somewhat better today thanks to tylenol and aleve, but still feeling puny.

This has happened before also. I can't help but wonder, am I just getting sick, or is it somehow linked to my workouts?

Any input would be appreciated, whether you agree with me or think I'm crazy, lol.
