Most of the people are facing this type of problems. By the way have you heard about the site hflopportunity.com I used them to get a good Natural energy products to increase my energy level. The products are good and without side effects. They are helpful to improve my energy level, brain clarity and reduces aging and cell damages. I can feel lot of changes in my body and mind...

I think they work effectively it giving constant energy because they have ingredients that boosts up our body's energy.

I have tried a few different brands of energy shot drink things. I have to say the "8 hours of energy" is greatly overexaggerated! I do get a bit more energy but nothing that sends me zooming through a workout without effort. I do find that they give me more stamina but as far as more energy (I'm thinking boost of road-runner type energy) its just not there.

One of the energy shots I have tried have come from Holland and Barrat (they had a product which had two shot drinks to be drunk together, all B-vitamins- these did sod all!)

Lucosade Alert drink sold in a 250ml can (did actually keep me more able to focus and think in a coordinated way but no additional energy) the Lucosade Alert Shots sold in a smaller 50ml? bottle (B-Vits and caffiene, gave me more stamina then the drink but no more of the zooming around high as a kite type energy).

Redbull shots (pretty much like the Lucosade shots, no real noticeable difference in fact).

I also tried taking a b-vit and guarana (or something like that!) pill by a brand called Red Kooga which I liked- did get more of an even energy boost- nothing that would really be "OMG I want to run the marathon/climb Killi/Walk the Great Wall of China ---NOW" feeling but just didn't feel shattered after little sleep when I took these. I'd recommend these if your wanting to workout after a long hard day. They wont repair sore muscles or give you back any lost stregnth but they can help to take the edge of the lethargy and without the yucky caffiene sugar drop you can get after an espresso.

Just remember not to take anything with caffiene in too close to bed time!
