Is creatine good or bad? Everyone share your opinion or fact.

I've heard its good and I've heard its bad...really bad.
What have you guys heard or what do you know for a fact about creatine?
I know its naturally in my body, so why would I want to put more in?

If you have healthy kidneys, creatine is a fine supplement. Creatine helps you use stored energy, which means more effective workouts, which means if your workouts are proper and the diet is proper, you end up getting better results.

just another OPTIONAL piece to the puzzle.
