is Body Fortress a good brand of whey protein?

I just got a large tub of whey protein powder made by "Body Fortress", costing £10 which is about $18.

anyone have any opinions on whether this is a good brand or not?
I don't have it handy to type in some of the information from the tub (i'll type it in later), but I know it's vanilla flavoured.
 
hmmm, you sure you bought it? but whey protein is whey protein. unless its whey protein isolate, which is supposedly better. im not really sure, i dont use the stuff.
 
it says on the front "pure whey protein" and also says on the back it contains protein isolate. It does however have very minimal values of carbs and fats, and I do mean minimal. There's also an amino acids list of all the ones it contains and how much.
 
Jonny, I googled Body Fortress. There was 2 positive reviews, not much negative stuff. I think its a European only product. It should be ok.

p.s. One dude did say it gave him bad gas though :p
 
come to think of it, I've been gassin a lot myself recently. :eek: lol.
I told myself it must be to do with eating healthier stuff, but couldn't really see how.
