Is 30 min of cardio a day really enough to do the trick..(plus eating right ofcourse)..

Im just wondering...I dont really feel like im seeing the results that I want to see...I just started my weigh training..(last night) lol. As of right now..Im doing two 30 min cardio sessions on my bike a day and 20 mins of weights every night.

30 minutes is enough if you're doing it right, with high intensity. I suspect you might not be "doin it rite" :)

First of all, you shouldn't be lifting weights every day. Your weight lifting sessions should be intense, they should work your full body and compound muscle groups, they should involve lifting heavy, and you should wait a full 48 hours between sessions to give your muscles time for recovery.

You should be doing that 3x per week. And then if you want, you can fill in around that with cardio in order to burn a few more calories.

Also, if you want to see the best results, it's not just about eating the right number of calories - you need to make sure that you're eating a healthy balance of carbs, protein, and fats. A good basic breakdown of those macros is 40/30/30. That should get you close to 1g of protein for each pound of your goal bodyweight.

If you're not seeing results, then I suspect that one of those elements needs to be adjusted to get the results you want. :)

Sure. I usually do a bit of ss-cardio on the days I lift weights. On the days I don't I either do some form of interval training, or I take a class or something.

30 minutes is enough!! :) but make sure you push yourself harder everytime. When it gets too easy, you wont loose as much weight. Increase reesistance once you can do the thing with ease! :)
