If I keep up a 1000 cal deficit and weight lift, how long roughly will it take me to get down to 10 % body fat? Months? Years? How many?

600 to 800 calories are good for healthy life

HORRIBLE IDEA. 1000 calorie deficit is way too severe, you won't be able to sustain. You will feel fatigued and hungry all the time. You could try it for a week, but it's extremely difficult. 500 calories one is the highest I found to be effective and easily attainable. However, your gym performance will suffer greatly.

On the 10% body fat, it's not that simple. You can't just diet down to 10% percent. 10% is what professional athletes have and they train 4-8 hours per day. You should aim at 13-15%, because you'll be able to see muscle definition easily.

Also, if you are looking at the guys in the gym, who are like 8-10% body fat, they achieve such numbers using anabolic steroids. But they will bullshit you about how it's all due to whey protein and creatine. Don't listen to them.

It is perfectly possible to get to 10% and below without ANY supplements, as an older female coach I may not have those levels personally but my athletes do, no roids, no creatine, no protein powders, no pre workouts, just normal food. training 1 hour 4 days per week in the gym in prep for competition every 3 months or so plus a little bit of team sports for fun.

A 1000 cal deficit is not a good idea, you will loose muscle with a high deficit when you are at a low bf%

10% body fat will be hard but it is still possible. Track your macros, I hit a 800 calorie deficit but load on good carbs to power my workouts. If you want it to happen faster still hit your macros but do it in a intermittent fast. So fast for 18 hrs only drinking water and low glyceimic fruits or veg to regulate your blood sugar then eat in a 6hr window. When the body is in a fast it shaves fat. I'm doing an I F cycle 1 week on 4 weeks off. But you must still hit your calorie intake and macros. I'm down from 24% to 18/17% in 3 weeks. And that is losing 24lbs of fat.
