Weight-Loss iron tablets and what vitamins do you take in general?

Just wondered what vitamins everyone takes. I dont take any I have lots but it got too much taking them all, so i decided not to bother.


my diet at the moment is fish,veg,fruit,milk,occasional glass wine, and junk food if I stuff up.


every month I feel soooo tired to the point I have to sleep in the day and im too exhausted to go to the gym etc...so i woundered if i needed to take an iron vitamin and if it was safe to take one every day, anyone know?
