If anyone is having problems figuring out what a diet 'should' look like, I invite you to follow my .
Today's menu is off slightly...I just put in my food, and I forgot the Cheerios until I was almost done. So the Cheerios, honey and milk were actually eaten first this this morning, with the Met-rx shake.

It updates daily, so I'll try to keep up on posting my food intake as accurately as possible.

Right now I'm not really in a cutting or bulking phase...just trying to eat the right foods as I get back on the wagon with training.
