Hey all! My name is Greg Fungus and I've been doing keto research for a while now and i'm trying to decide which product might help me lose weight. I don't have the time to create my own meal plan because I am constantly surrounded by work so I've been looking at some online meal plans like the links posted below. I keep reading reviews about them. but I can’t seem to make up my mind. It looks like they’ve made quite a few people happy by providing them day to day meal plans and other products, and theres quite a few testimonials on how people have lost massive amounts of weight. The site also looks pretty credible and they've made a lot of money so they must be doing something right?

I would love to hear an opinion from an expert on keto! I just want to know if I really do need all the bells and whistles or if something lighter for a beginner just starting his weight loss journey will work instead?

Firstly, spam links are against forum rules, the removed link went to a brand new site (1 day old) with one single page filled in with a sign up form on the bottom. The site completely lacks an credibility.

The only thing needed for a diet to be considered keto is a carb level low enough for the body to produce ketones. There is no magic products or meal plans.
