Hey y’all! I just wanted to introduce myself a little bit to everyone on here! My name is Tessa (or Tess) and my mission is to spread my love for maintainable workouts/eating habits. I so often see my friends try to get into a workout routine but fail, or ask me for help and motivation but can’t find the time to actually meet up, or even be fully committed to some fad diet like meal replacement shakes but then burnout and quit. I’ve been consistently lifting weights since my sophomore year of high school, and now I’m a nationally qualified bikini athlete and NASM CPT!
