Hello. I'm new to the forums but I plan on doing the weight loss journal thing so expect a lot of my posts there. I know losing weight is frustrating and a little personal too so I'm not so sure how I'll comment on other people's posts yet but it's more fun I think to give feedback to others too.
I'm a guy, I'm 38 and weigh 203 lbs. I want to lose about 25 lbs. Unfortunately I ate a lot today so I'm just sitting here waiting for it to get out of the system so I can start tomorrow.
