Hi there, 40 year old female here from the USA. Joined because I need support and accountability to lose about 50lbs. The only plan I have so far is to be extremely positive about dieting. To just fake it until I make it. I am going to make dieting fun, somehow and someway. Thus my username: Diet_Riot.

I'll probably also start a journal to help me figure things out and stay accountable. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
