Hello,
My name is Deborah Chezem.
And I want to thank you for allowing me to be apart of this forum.
I am a stay at home business owner who's mission in life is to help
as many people as I can to end Obesity in the world. This includes
our children as well. There is such a need to educate people on better
eating habits and how important it is to exercise. the causes of Obesity
brings with it many other issues such as diabetes, stroke, high blood
pressure,high cholesterol,arthritis,and now according to Science Daily
dementia. These are things folks that end lives needlessly. There are
solutions to ending these heart-breaking diseases. We don't have to lose
another family member or friend. My passion is to help and I know i have a
solution to do just that.
I welcome you to connect with me here. Let's have conversations about
what is going on in your life or the life of a family member or friend.
My goal in being apart of this forum is to form new friendships and become

Why have you stop working out? :( You can get back on track and keep at it :) I am doing the Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody as well :p did you have a coach to support you while doing Hip Hop Abs?

No I didn't have coach support with hip pop abs. I did it based on my own want and need to improve my self image and as well to feel emotionally better about myself because I wasnt to happy with myself at the time.

I stopped working out because I developed different prorities . (finishing school, taking care of my fiance, hobbies), but now I'm getting back on the road to weight loss because I have the need to be fit again since I have a not so good self concept.
