Hey! Thought I'd introduce myself
My name is Tom, I'm a 27 year old software developer from Canada. I've been interested in weight loss all my life. I grew up overweight as a child, and it was really something I thought I'd never get out of. During high school, I grew a lot, started eating better and running 3 times / week and basically evened out. When I first started University I got into weight lifting and nutrition, which have been great tools in keeping me healthy.
Weight management is a constant struggle for me, though. Food is just so good! And I tend to over-eat when I'm stressed. Right now I have a little stomach pocket going, I think because I've been under a lot of stress recently.
I'm excited to start sharing my experience in a community! And also, as a side project, I've been researching a food logging app, which I think could help a lot of people if I get it right
