Hello !!
Since I'm new to this forum, I thought I might introduce myself.
My name is Lena, I'm 24 years old. I'm getting married next year on July 7th, 2007. Like every girl, I've been looking forward to that day since forever. That's why I want it to be perfect.
But I'm a couple of kilos over weight and I know if I don't do anything about it, I might regret it for the rest of my life. I don't want to look all puffy and ugly in my wedding pictures.
That's why I decided a while ago to commit myself to serious bodywork.
I try to drink a lot of water a day, I work out for an hour and a half times a week, I also try to powerplate times a week. So for the exercise part, everything's ok. I think... It's hard, and each time I have to drag myself to the gym, but I manage, no problem.
What's really hard for me is watching my food. I'm a real foodaddict. Whenever things go wrond, I eat. It's my way of consolation. Afterwards I always feel guilty, but I can't help it. I try to eat vegetables and fruit and cereals. I try to avoid fat, sugar and carbs... But I never succeeded doing it longer than weeks without eating something I shouldn't.
I hope this forum will help me achieve my goal. I hope to find the support, inspiring stories and so much more that will help throughout the weightloss process.
My goals is to weigh 62 kg. That means I still have to get rid of 10 kg. I already lost 8, but that's over a period of a year.
So... Good luck to me ... Yeah! Keep going....
Mmhh... We'll see how far I'll get, right?
C ya around!!
