Introducing myself

Call me Elaray.

I happy to find a forum where I can discuss weight loss issues and get help and encouragement from people who understand what I am going through.

Here's my story:
I've been successful in fitting regular exercise into my life. Last summer, I purchased an elliptical for my cardio exercise and some dumbbells, a bench and some books for my weight training. I'm a morning person, so I get up early to complete my exercise routine first thing in the morning. I haven't been as successful in making good food choices. I had some success wtih Weight Watchers about 2 years ago and even though I no longer attend the meetings, I try to continue to follow the plan. If I could just combine smarter eating with my exercise program, I know I could drop the extra pounds.

I look forward to visiting this forum often.

welcome on board. Sounds like we are quite the opposites. I have a hard time getting the exercise into my busy week, but my eating habits are not so bad. I try to eat at least 4 - 6 times per day and that helps. I never get really hungry and I don't eat too much all at once. Lately it has been a little worse...I sometimes miss my first snack, when I am busy at work and then everything gets pushed back and I don't eat lunch until two and often miss a snack...I just started a diary here in the forum to keep myself better on track.
