Hi everyone,

just starting out on this forum. looking for tips and support as I try to lose about 10 to 15 lbs and become a healthier person. I am (gulp) nearly 40 and I know weight loss is more difficult the older you are. the majority of my weight in on my stomach and I know health wise that is the worse area for it to go. .. anyways time to get moving and eating well. can't wait to chat with you all.
