Interminent fasting results

Hi everyone I wanted to start doing interminent fasting combined with 30 minutes of hiit workouts a day and eating very low amount of carbs and high protein, also cutting out sugar. I wanted to make this forum to keep everyone updated with my results over the next 2-3 months to see if it's actually worth doing. Every Saturday I will weigh in and post my results every Saturday. I was 201 pounds at first after dropping like 5 pounds but has a lot of carbs and salt before weigh in day and got to 204lbs so I guess that's my weight now and that's what I'm starting this forum at, I'm very excited for this because I know I'll see results anyways I'll be back on Saturday with my new weight :)
 
Hey guys just checking in so pretty much over the week I've just maintained the same weight because I haven't been properly following the diet as I've been going everywhere haha. But all my vacations are over on Wednesday so I'm going to weigh myself and update you guys with results every Wednesday, thanks for sticking with me :)
