Hi everyone I wanted to start doing interminent fasting combined with 30 minutes of hiit workouts a day and eating very low amount of carbs and high protein, also cutting out sugar. I wanted to make this forum to keep everyone updated with my results over the next 2-3 months to see if it's actually worth doing. Every Saturday I will weigh in and post my results every Saturday. I was 201 pounds at first after dropping like 5 pounds but has a lot of carbs and salt before weigh in day and got to 204lbs so I guess that's my weight now and that's what I'm starting this forum at, I'm very excited for this because I know I'll see results anyways I'll be back on Saturday with my new weight
