interesting cretaine

after a person gets to the size they would like while workin out with a good routine and all with also using creatine everyday....what happens if they stop using creatine but continues that regular workout...will the musles decrease in size or will it still obvioulys get stronger but not as easy as maybe with creatine
 
If you're the type to experience creatine bloat, then the muscles will shrink a little when you stop creatine.
You won't lose strength either...but you may notice a decrease in endurance/reps
 
That's why it makes no sense to me while a person would continue to train exactly as they were while they were taking creatine. There are so many rep/set sequences to choose from and ways to go about it.

But even so, you will and should get back to what you were lifting after you stop taking creatine eventually. It's all part of moving forward and to keep improving.
