I used to teach fitness and aerobics many yrs ago ( maybe 15 or so) and dance and model and study business and be a single mum after that until only several yrs ago.,. then I moved to china and taught english to train martial arts and study for a Ph.D. in eastern philospohy..
Now I've returned to Australia to study a Health Science / bio-med - M.B.B.Sc. pathway to pay for a new Ph.D. in education curriculum and syllabus to see what I can do about what people are learning in schools and so on.
Now that I don't model or dance anymore, I might occassionally work in hospitality or retail for extra bread and butter.
I usually like to workout for a few hrs every morning from maybe 4:30- 5 am-ish , then again in the afternoon and again in the evening until quite late. Because i aam a single mum or sometimes need to spend time with other ppl, I try to either do some of that wiith them or structure it so I can do it arouund them while we maybe chill and watch t.v. and catch up or what-have-you.
I don't allways pull it off because of other priorities( which is unfortunate or not considering why from time to time I don't), but that 's how it normally looks.
