Weight-Loss Interested in a 30 day shred challenge?

I just got the 30 day shred and I was wondering if there were others that would like to start a thread and help motivate each other to complete it.

Just let me know and if we get a few people we can start a thread!

I bought it back in january. Got through 15 days of it, but mehh i just wasnt motivated to keep it up!

So im in.
 
I love the 30 day shred. I did 7 days of it but then had to pack it away because I'm in the middle of moving. I hope to resume in about a week or so.

I did 15 days of it as well but it hurt my ankle. I want to give it another go.

When do we start?
 
I am up for it! I have it on my laptop and its only 20 minutes so it should not really be an issue to complete but I was totally unmotivated after day 7.

Hey Knyt!! Glad to see your joining us! :) :waving: I did Day one today and it kicked my booty, but I loved it! Looking forward to day two!
 
So... can we make this official? Like an official start date and end date?

People who have already started can just continue and then do a mix of the levels for the remaining days. And we'd have to report daily to the board with something like:

Day1: level 1 (or 2 or 3 etc)

Or

[Date]: 1/30 level 1 (or 2 or 3 etc)

What do you guys think? Let's start this!
 
I still want to do this, I've tried a few times but with my leg still healing from breaking back in feburary, the jumping jacks are killer. Any suggestions?
