Hi, i just need someone to check my kcal intake numbers for me if thats ok!?
Im begging to bulk, although i gain fat easy and its more important for me to keep fat off than add quick mass. so im going as clean as i can, and as slow as i need.
i weigh just short of 170llbs, 5' 11" male.
Ive been working out my new nutritional needs, and am trying to use t-nation carb cycling, and this is my basis moderate day.
so i take 1.5x my weight in protein = 250g
the same for carbs = 250g
and then make up the rest in fat = 1350/9= 137g Fat per day
THAT SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF FAT!!! and thats everyday as only the carbs fluctuate across the cycle. is this right and i need to be hitting the cheese more than i have been?
also, im currently suffering from a knee complaint that stops me squatting (or any variation), and more importantly, prevents me from doing any cardio training or sport. Gutted. i know that when im fit again i need to up my carb intake to cover the kcals burnt, so do i just add them on top of what im currently consuming?
