My purpose in starting the program is: to slim down for my boyfriend and return the favour! A vain reason, I know, but I hope that's ok! My bf and I are in a long distance relationship (I'm studying overseas), and I only get to see him once or twice a year. He buffed up before he came to visit me this year in Australia (and to look good on the beaches!), so I'm going to return the favour.


My strengths are my ability to push myself when exercising.

My weaknesses are my general lack of desire to exercise (it sucks lawls).

My struggle in week 1 is logistics. I need to clear a space to exercise, get a scale to weigh myself, figure out a time to exercise. I may be heavier than 63kg lawls.
