looks like pure creatine monohydrate, at a decent price. its the stuff you want.
whether you bloat on creatine or not will have to be seen after you take it. however, it should not bloat you that badly.
remember, all 'weight loss' is not equal. you keep saying 'weight loss' but is it weight, or fat, that you want to lose?
you might gain 2lbs of water weight on creatine...but big deal! its water, not fat.
That said, if you are 'only doing a little bit of weights', you probably shouldn't mess with creatine supplementation. If you are trying to hit the weights harder, and really get some results, then yes to creatine.
