Injuries- What am I doing wrong?????

Exercising is bad for you health. I mean really- the pain is indicator of abuse to the body- Isn't it?

Today I ran a 1/2 marathon in 1:43, then did 2 skydives, alot oa stretchign while I was there, got home, and went out to stretch the legs with a nice mile in the besutiful FL sun.

My right big toe is killing me
my left knee has a click in it
my right shin is 'splinting' a bit and looks swollen
my right hip flexor is tighter than a snare drum in a highschool band
my left shoulder feels like my arm is coming out of the socket
my right shoulder is just aching constantly

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? ANY ADVICE would be greatly appreciated.

Wow man, seems you got some problems.

You do, do a lot of intense hardcore style training tho dont you! Hope you heal soon. ;)
 
I think an implementation of appropriate "physical therapy" for your entire body put in the mix of your fitness conditioning will help you tremendously, FF. I would spend sometime talking with some other fellow iron man fitness persons or trainers---you know, that could add an ingredient within your current level of training that could reduce the impact and bring forth more recovery.
