Indoor cycling

Hello everyone i need some help.I ride Motocross.Im looking to build strength and endurance.I just bought an indoor exercise bike.Does anyone know any good routines???

I indoor cycle as well. I have a couple race DVDs I ride along to. You can get DVDs of the Tour de France and adjust the resistance of your bike to the particular leg of the race they are doing. It helps the time go by.
