For any of the Indian food lovers, here's a guide that can help you decide what's good for you and what's not :)

I will post some healthy Indian food recipes as well in the recipe section whenever I find some time.

forget "good for you"... get some naan, some chicken tikka masala, and some basmati rice.

I really like Indian food and don't eat it the "heavy" stuff every day so I typically eat what I want if I'm splurging, usually some garlic naan, boti saag, daal and maybe some kheer if I have some room left. I always take a friend so we can split everything though I don't mind taking the leftovers home. Actually I had matar paneer for lunch, even though it was the Jyoti canned stuff it was pretty tasty on a cold day. I pretty much live on Tasty Bite and Jyoti products for lunch.

I absolutely lurrrrrve Indian food. Peshwari nan, dal tarka and chana pilau - that's my treat takeaway meal. Thankfully I only manage to have it about once a month.
