Hey There
I'm just curious. As the more active you get with physical activity would it be okay to increase your calorie intake level. Eg: Lets say i'm exercising 5 times a week with moderate cardio 20-30 mins. And i'm consuming 1700 calories for lets say a month. And then i decide i want to do light cardio everyday with doing 5 days the moderate cardio. How much should i increase in calorie food. Or would increasing my calorie intake back fire on me and i gain the weight back.
By the way, I'm 220 lbs, my weight goes back and forth to 215 every week thou. I has i noticed for the last week and a half. I'm 5'6 and my body fat is 44%. I'm sedately active. I walk about three times a week.
